To achieve this purpose, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, industrial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its object, or of a nature to facilitate its realization and extension. The company may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose.
