The company also aims to carry out all activities related to corporate and project strategy and management. The Company may, in Switzerland or abroad: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity (with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) and conclude any contract and engage in any other activity that is suitable for developing its purpose or is directly or indirectly related to it; hold, acquire, exploit and sell any intellectual property rights related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries; participate in any business that has a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; and grant loans and provide guarantees, including by way of pledge or transfer of ownership of the Company's assets for security purposes and by way of guarantees of any kind, for consideration or not, as well as direct or indirect financing, including in the context of cash pooling agreements, to direct or indirect subsidiaries, direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, or to third parties.
