The company may: establish branches in Switzerland and abroad; assume participations in all companies in Switzerland and abroad; conduct all mobile, real estate, financial and commercial transactions and perform all functions that are intended to develop the company's purpose or have a direct or indirect connection with this purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans taken out by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
