The company's purpose is the acquisition and holding of interests in other companies, participation in their management and development, the purchase and sale of securities and intellectual property rights, as well as all real estate operations, with the exception of any operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). The company may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations (with the exception of any operations prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar enterprises, notably by taking interests in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also enter into loan agreements with its shareholders, either as a debtor or a creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this is in its interest.
