The association promotes basic and advanced vocational training in accordance with the Vocational Education and Training Act (BBG) and Article 13.1b of the AM Suisse Statutes, particularly by operating a joint training center in Weinfelden / TG. The association pursues exclusively charitable purposes within this framework. The association is non-profit, it does not pursue private economic objectives and does not aim to make a profit. The association's interests include, in particular, representing and advocating for members' interests in the field of vocational education and training vis-à-vis political bodies, authorities, social partners, and other organizations. To achieve this purpose, specialist groups and committees can be formed for specific tasks. LMB Technik+Bildung operates its own educational center and can buy, sell, rent, lease, manage land and properties, or participate in other entities.
