The purpose of the company is the operation of a hairdressing salon and barber shop, the sale of hair care products as well as clothing and accessories, and all activities directly or indirectly related to the field of hairdressing and the related retail trade. The company may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire other companies or sell acquired companies. The company may also undertake all movable and immovable property transactions and conclude all contracts that are intended to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related thereto, with the exception of those prohibited by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by persons resident abroad (LFAIE).
