The company's purpose is: all activities in the real estate sector, such as in particular brokerage, purchase, sale, leasing, management, administration, valuation, renovation, promotion, construction and consulting, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; the provision of services in the construction sector, including site supervision, concierge services, maintenance (housekeeping and technical), clearance, and moving; the rental of equipment intended for chalets and holiday apartments, including leisure equipment, household appliances and various tools as well as all similar objects. It may also carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and be interested, in any form, in all similar enterprises, in particular by taking participations in similar enterprises.
