Looping Association

The purpose of the association is to research, develop and support software for decentralized networks. In addition, the association promotes the establishment of an active community around decentralized networks. The association does not pursue any profit. The association may participate in other undertakings, acquire, utilize, manage and dispose of tokens, real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and furthermore carry out all other activities and legal transactions that may be conducive to the purpose of the association.
