The company's purpose is: the exercise of financial investment advisory activities, in compliance with applicable regulations, the marketing of financial investment products and solutions, the taking of participations and the making of investments in private placements, the investment, holding, management and enhancement of real estate assets, directly or indirectly, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may, as a secondary purpose: participate in all enterprises and carry out all securities, real estate, financial and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the achievement of its purpose; grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other commitment, if this is in its interest; create branches in Switzerland or abroad.
