The company's purpose is the management, administration, operation, purchase, sale, leasing, development, and brokerage of real estate, excluding transactions prohibited by the federal law of December 16, 1983, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It may also engage in any financial, commercial, industrial, or mobile activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote its realization, conclude contracts that are intended to develop its activities or that are directly or indirectly related thereto, receive products in the form of interest, commissions, and dividends, take participations, acquire or create identical or analogous enterprises.
