The wholesale trade of raw materials, auxiliary products, chemicals, detergents, solvents, soaps, machinery, equipment for dyeing, laundry, tailoring and more generally of any product, machinery and equipment related to the activity of dry or water cleaning and tailoring repair and tailoring activities in general; the execution of construction, installation, maintenance, technical assistance, rental and plant engineering works for machinery, hydraulic, electrical, oleodynamic, hydro-thermo-sanitary, steam production, washing and plants commonly used in laundry, ironing, tailoring and related activities; the acquisition and creation of business complexes (also industrial) having as their object the activities mentioned above; alienation and/or concession for rent or use (or with other contractual forms) of business complexes; management, acquisition, sale, concession for use of trademarks and patents, franchising activity for all activities established in the company's purpose; acquisition, concession and sale of trademarks and patents in the disciplines mentioned above; representations and other activities related to and connected with the aforementioned. The company may also carry out mail-order sales and promote its services by mail, as well as the activity of scientific study and research in the disciplines mentioned above. To better achieve the aforementioned company purpose, the company may also carry out all mobile, real estate, commercial, industrial and financial operations related to the company's object. It may also directly or indirectly manage the investments held in other companies established or to be established in Switzerland and abroad, having an analogous, connected or related object to its own and assume technical, administrative and financial coordination of the same, as well as take or grant in rent, companies, or one or more branches of them or assume in such operations, carried out by third parties, agency or representation relationships, consulting, market research and marketing, study, definition and implementation of business strategies related to the company's purpose, support activity to the management of companies with similar activity; sale and rental of laundry machinery, purchase and sale of participations.
