The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding of shareholdings (Swiss and foreign), management and sale of shareholdings in all enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, as well as all activities directly or indirectly related thereto (holding of shareholdings in Switzerland and abroad), with the exception of any operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable property, directly or indirectly related to this purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, participate in any enterprises having a direct or indirect relation to its purpose and, if this promotes its interests, grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties.
