All types of consulting in the area of strategic allocation of financial and real estate investments for institutional, professional or private clients, who have chosen the status of professional clients pursuant to the Financial Services Act (FIDLEG) and qualify as qualified investors pursuant to the Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA), the provision of consulting services as well as administrative support in connection with asset and patrimonial management, the analysis of risks in the area of financial markets, each in accordance with and within the limits set by the Financial Services Act (FIDLEG), as well as the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of participations in companies of any kind in Switzerland and abroad. The company may conduct all transactions that are related to this purpose or suitable to promote the purpose and interests of the company. It may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, invest in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies and conclude all contracts that are useful for the development or achievement of its purpose or are directly or indirectly related thereto. It may also acquire, hold, manage and dispose of real estate, with the exception of transactions that are not permitted under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad, and grant securities or loans to shareholders or third parties, provided that this is in the interest of the company.
