The company's purpose is to provide consulting services to companies and private individuals of all kinds, in particular to provide strategic consulting to private individuals and companies in the areas of finance and life cycle planning, as well as to acquire, hold, manage and dispose of participations in domestic and foreign companies of all kinds. Activities subject to authorization under the Financial Market Acts are excluded. The company manages its own assets and can participate in other companies, acquire, utilize, manage and dispose of business premises, real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and furthermore carry out all legal transactions that may be necessary or suitable to promote the purpose of the company or the development of group companies. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, its direct or indirect shareholders, and companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved, whether by way of loans or other financing, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and may provide security of any kind for their liabilities, including by way of pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind, whether against payment or not.
