The Company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, administration, management and rental of real estate and land in Switzerland and abroad, in accordance with the restrictions of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Land by Foreigners (LAFE). In general, the Company may carry out any financial and commercial operation necessary or useful for the achievement of its corporate purpose. In pursuing its corporate purpose, the Company may take into account the interests of its direct and indirect shareholders. The Company may, in particular, grant loans or other direct or indirect financing, including those within the framework of cash pooling agreements, to companies directly or indirectly controlled and to third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and companies directly or indirectly controlled by them; to secure the obligations contracted by them, the Company may provide guarantees or collateral of any kind, including pledges on the Company's assets or fiduciary assignments of the same, both for consideration and free of charge. The Company may, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches and establish subsidiaries, hold participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, represent third parties, carry out any activity and conclude any agreement that may be useful to promote the Company's purpose, or that are directly or indirectly related to it.
