The purpose of the company is the manufacture and trade of industrial products, particularly gear drives, among others for use in concrete and cement mills as well as in mining; the company may participate in other companies, manage and exploit intellectual property, buy and sell real estate, and carry out all activities suitable for promoting the company's purpose. The company may establish branches, both domestically and abroad, assume representations, and enter into all transactions and conclude all contracts that may be suitable for promoting the company's purpose or that are directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may grant financings to third parties, including companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, its direct or indirect shareholders, as well as companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved, either by way of loans or other financings, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and may provide securities of any kind for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind.
