The management of a general construction company, which may engage in the importation, design, sale, assembly and realization (including assistance) of prefabricated houses of all types, particularly with wooden elements. To acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as to participate in real estate companies and enterprises; real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subjection procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The company may carry out all activities that are related to the company's purpose.
