The company's purpose is to operate a production workshop for macarons, chocolates, biscuits, ice cream and other food products; the purchase, sale, manufacture, processing and distribution of food products; research and development for its own account or for the account of affiliated companies with a view to creating new ranges of pastry products. The company may acquire, hold, manage and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, in Switzerland only those with exclusively commercial use in compliance with the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). Furthermore, the company may carry out all acts or operations, in particular commercial, industrial and financial, which are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or which promote or facilitate its development.
