The MAGMA association aims to: rent, maintain and operate the neo-Gothic metal church, Strada de San Giulio, 6535 Roveredo (Canton of Grisons) under a building right, as a showcase warehouse for the estate of the artist duo VERONESI HÖPFLINGER. 1. To manage the artistic estate of VERONESI HÖPFLINGER and present it to the public in changing exhibitions. 2. To operate its own Artist Residency Program. 3. To build a small residential unit for the Artist Residency Program. 4. To organize and ensure the financing of the maintenance of the rented property, the residential unit and the cultural activities. The association can support projects by cultural creators ideologically and materially. The board of directors decides on the supported projects. The association can actively participate in public events or organize events in the sense of the association's goals for third parties or the public. Furthermore, the association can develop other activities within the framework of the association's goals. The association can collaborate with organizations that pursue the same or similar goals.
