The company's purpose is: operating a collection center and a goods trading business. The operation will have the character of a family business: it will offer jobs, provide services and trade all regional and national agricultural products. It pursues the objects set by the shareholders' meeting in a sustainable, qualitative and economic manner. The company may also: carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, the latter only to the extent that they are not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); take participations in other companies; in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
