The company may: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches, subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad and take an interest in all related or similar companies that may develop its purpose; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; subscribe to all acts of intercession in favor of a shareholder or third parties (natural or legal persons), in particular in the form of loans, pledges, guarantees or others, if it serves its interests.
