The purpose of the company is: design, manufacture and trade of goods of all kinds, in particular fashion accessories, jewelry, cosmetics, furniture, photographs, food products and paintings, as well as all service and training activities related to the aforementioned; all activities in the field of real estate, in particular the purchase, sale, rental, management, brokerage and development of all real estate, however, with the exception of all real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
