The company aims to manage collective assets pursuant to Article 24 of the Financial Institutions Act (FINlG), including the performance of additional administrative tasks within the scope of these activities, the offering and intermediation of collective investment schemes, as well as investment advice for collective investment schemes. The company aligns its business activities, where permissible, with the group's objectives. Accordingly, the company may, in the interest of the group or individual group companies (including their direct or indirect parent companies as well as their direct or indirect subsidiaries), enter into contracts and, in particular, grant loans or other financing to such group companies and provide security of any kind for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or security transfers and assignments of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind, whether for a fee or not. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries domestically and abroad and acquire, hold, dispose of, or finance any type of business. The company may acquire, hold, and dispose of real estate. The company may engage in all commercial activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose and take all measures that seem appropriate to promote the company's purpose or are related thereto.
