The company's purpose is the production and/or distribution of recordings. It promotes its artistic productions, or certain selected artists, by developing strategies. It organizes custom events so that artists can present their universes LIVE (concert, streaming, etc.) or sell their CDs. It also manages and operates a music school. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with identical or similar purposes, or merge with such companies, acquire or sell real estate, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
