The foundation aims, in accordance with the will of the founder, to provide financial support and promote the welfare of farm animals, particularly in Eastern Switzerland. In pursuit of this purpose, the foundation makes contributions to institutions and projects, especially in Eastern Switzerland. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may acquire, hold, and sell real estate, as well as finance it. The foundation operates on a non-profit basis, has no commercial purpose, and does not strive for profit.
