The company's purpose is to engage in all Multi-Family Office activities, including providing customized services, advice, and assistance in social, commercial, legal, financial, and patrimonial matters for an international and national clientele; all operations related to the creation and administration of companies, foundations, and trusts, and the exercise of administrative, fiduciary, trustee functions within the meaning of Article 17, paragraph 2 of the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (LEFin), and general mandate functions in Switzerland and abroad; to hold, manage, acquire, in its own name or on behalf of third parties, movable and immovable assets within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may engage in all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activities, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
