The company's purpose is the acquisition, construction, operation or sale of real estate, as well as their management. It may carry out all financial, commercial or real estate transactions in direct or indirect relation to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial transactions, whether movable or immovable, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests. It may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
