The foundation aims to provide financial support or funding to institutions or organizations that offer day care and structures for needy (indigent) and elderly (from the age of retirement) persons in the cantons of Zurich, Grisons and St. Gallen, with priority given to organizations and institutions in the cities and municipalities of Zurich, Elgg, Chur and Sargans. Needy (indigent, in need or distress) and elderly private individuals who have their domicile in the aforementioned cantons may also benefit from financial support. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose. The founder reserves the right to change the purpose of the foundation in accordance with Art. 86a para. 1 of the Swiss Civil Code. The net income from the foundation's assets serves primarily to fulfill the purpose of the foundation. In case of need, the foundation's assets may be used exceptionally to achieve the purpose of the foundation.
