Max Bill/Georges Vantongerloo Stiftung

The foundation aims to: manage and make accessible to the public, both domestically and internationally, representative parts of the complete works of the two befriended and mutually inspiring artists Georges Vantongerloo (1886-1965) and Max Bill (1908-1994); preserve the library of Max Bill for scientific evaluation; organize exhibitions of contemporary artists and other artistic events in the house built by Max Bill at Rebhusstrasse 50 in Zumikon, and possibly at other locations; publish works on contemporary artists; award recognition and/or promotion prizes to cultural creators; and host cultural creators as "artists in residence" at the Bill House.
