The association, which does not pursue a profit-oriented activity, aims to empower women - particularly from disadvantaged and marginalized communities - through the promotion of traditional craft and textile art, to provide them with access to education and further training, and thus to promote their economic and social self-determination. To achieve this purpose, the association pursues in particular the following measures: the implementation and promotion of training and qualification programs in the field of textile craft, tailoring and design, the support in building sustainable sources of income, e.g. through the mediation of sales opportunities and the establishment of marketing platforms, the promotion of cooperation with non-profit organizations, educational institutions, companies and social initiatives, the strengthening of societal awareness for the importance of women's advancement, sustainable consumption and the preservation of cultural craft art, the support of projects that contribute to an improvement of the living conditions, income situation and social participation of the supported women.
