The company's purpose is to manage a personal estate through the acquisition, management, holding, sale and financing of direct or indirect participations in companies, excluding participations in companies not listed on a Swiss stock exchange and having a real estate purpose, as well as all financial operations. The company may carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote its realization. The company may, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), carry out all commercial, financial or other operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, and this in any form or by any means, within the limits of Swiss law; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights; provide direct or indirect financing, whether in the form of loans and/or any other form of financing, with or without remuneration, to third parties or to companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations, as well as to its direct or indirect holders and to companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations; contract all kinds of guarantees, securities and sureties for third parties or for companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations, as well as for its direct or indirect holders and for companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations.
