The company's purpose is the breeding, purchase, sale, import, export, rental and provision of equines, in particular sports horses, and all equipment and materials in the equestrian field, all maintenance, boarding (work-pension), conditioning and valuation activities for equines, the purchase, holding and sale of real estate (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE), as well as all services and consulting related thereto. The company may: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any undertaking having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to associates, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties, if it serves its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs; carry out any cash pooling activity on behalf of the group to which it belongs.
