The company's purpose is to engage in all activities related to the real estate sector in Switzerland and abroad, including the purchase, sale, and operation of a real estate agency, real estate brokerage, promotion of real estate transactions, financing of real estate projects, and other financial activities, excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts necessary to achieve its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
