The purpose of the company is the acquisition, management and sale of exclusively non-licensable properties in accordance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG), as well as the provision of related services, in particular the operation of hotels, other forms of accommodation and restaurants, possibly also in cooperation with third parties. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, hold, manage, utilize and sell properties in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, it may carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are related to the purpose of the company or are suitable to promote it directly or indirectly.
