The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the fields of metal construction, heavy, light and agricultural mechanics, the operation of vehicles of all kinds, notably maintenance, transport and service vehicles for companies and/or individuals, the purchase, sale, import, export and rental of vehicles of all kinds, as well as all related services. The company may: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE)), directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties, if it serves its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs; carry out any treasury activity on behalf of the group to which it belongs.
