The association is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes by addressing inefficiencies in the healthcare system that hinder access to essential medicines. The association's mission is to conduct research, provide advice, and drive healthcare reforms at a global level that negatively impact patients' access to healthcare and medicines. This includes, among other things, combating excessive margins in the marketing of medicines, high pharmaceutical taxes, burdensome deductibles, and copayments in health insurance. We do not shy away from questioning the status quo to improve patient care. Development and promotion of solutions to improve patient initiation, adherence, and persistence with prescribed treatments. Building a network of stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable solutions. Potential development into a foundation to ensure long-term impact and growth.
