The purpose of the company is to assume and process mandates and services, in particular assistance/reorganization and project management of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to support companies, institutions and other commercial and administrative organizations in terms of strategy, organization, operational procedures and information systems, communication and data processing, including the Internet and e-commerce, as well as to trade data processing products (hardware and software). The company may conclude all transactions and contracts suitable to promote the purpose of the company or which are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may also acquire, sell, receive and grant the use of technologies, technical know-how, industrial patents, trademarks, licenses and intellectual property rights in general, in particular in the aforementioned sectors. The company may assume financing and/or carry out lending activities, guarantees, including mortgages, sureties and guarantees, also in favor of third parties, excluding, however, the exercise of banking and insurance activities. The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer, lease and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with the applicable regulations. Any activity carried out in the real estate sector is not aimed at third parties but is limited to real estate for its own account. The company may assume, on its own account and not in a fiduciary capacity, both directly and indirectly, interests and participations in other industrial, commercial, financial and service companies in Switzerland or abroad, in the sector related to the company's purpose or in other sectors, and open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Finally, the company may carry out all commercial, industrial and financial operations or of another kind deemed necessary or useful and functionally connected with the company's purpose or aimed at achieving it.
