(1.) The foundation aims to support projects, ideas, and works with a one-time premium that originate from residents and/or citizens of the canton of Zug. (2.) If the projects, ideas, and works do not originate from residents or citizens of the canton of Zug, they must at least have a positive impact on the city and/or the canton of Zug. (3.) The projects, ideas, and works must come from one of the following areas and meet the specified requirements: (i) Area Human and Environment: They make sense for people and/or the environment. (ii) Area Art/Architecture: They impress with their appearance and could also receive a positive response outside the canton of Zug. They are potential ambassadors for the canton of Zug. (iii) Area Social: They have a direct or indirect benefit for people who have fallen into need through no fault of their own. (4.) The foundation operates throughout Switzerland within the scope of its purpose. (5.) The foundation is non-profit and does not pursue any gain. (6.) The founders explicitly reserve the right to change the purpose in accordance with Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code.
