The company's purposes are: a) the operation of carpentry and joinery workshops, including the design, manufacture and installation of all types of fittings, as well as all activities related to carpentry and joinery work, notably subcontracting and the general manufacture of wood; b) the purchase, sale, import, export, manufacture, processing and general marketing of all furniture items, as well as all products related to wood and materials and construction; c) all work, services, technical advice, solutions, services and executions in the field of acoustic insulation; d) all commercial and financial operations (with the exception of those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary as defined in article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on the prevention of money laundering in the financial sector (AMLA)), whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; e) taking of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies aiming at identical or analogous purposes, as well as the creation of branches; f) granting of loans or advances to its partners or to third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by partners or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or the pledging of mortgage certificates or others, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment.
