The purpose of the company is the distribution of sports and leisure clothing, travel luggage, clothing accessories, shoes and accessories, as well as cosmetics and perfumery products. It can manufacture such products and participate in domestic and foreign companies that produce or distribute similar products. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad, take over representations, and engage in any business activities and conclude contracts of any kind that may promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it. It can acquire, hold, encumber and sell real estate at home and abroad, with the exception of real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG).
