The company's purpose is: the wholesale and retail trade of non-food products of any origin and species; the exercise of any industrial and commercial activity, on its own account and on behalf of third parties, concerning the sector that exploits technological innovation. The assumption of representations, mandates, agencies and concessions on behalf of commercial, industrial and service companies and in general the assumption of tasks falling within the scope of commercial intermediation. The company may carry out marketing and market research work, as well as operate promotional and advertising campaigns for both represented products and others. The company's object is the management of commercial companies owned by third parties; the provision, supply and management of services to third parties, in the sectors indicated above, all of which, in compliance with the laws and regulations in force from time to time, including those for the exercise of protected professions. The company may finally carry out all commercial, industrial, financial and real estate transactions that the administrative body deems instrumental for achieving the company's purpose. It may acquire and sell participations in Swiss or foreign companies; it may manage and represent participations in Swiss or foreign companies operating in the same field of activity and coordinate the activity of the companies concerned. It may open branches and subsidiaries of any kind in Switzerland and abroad and represent other Swiss or foreign companies. It may also acquire, sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, provided that real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired on the condition that they are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 3 let. a) LAFE, as well as carry out any other activity and business directly or indirectly connected with the company's purpose.
