The company can establish branches and subsidiaries, both domestically and abroad, assume representations, and engage in any business activities and conclude any contracts that may be conducive to the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. It can acquire, hold, encumber, and sell real estate both domestically and abroad, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). In pursuing its corporate purpose, the company can take into account the interests of its direct and indirect shareholders.
