The association pursues exclusively charitable purposes and is not profit-oriented. It aims to enable patients with mental illnesses to access innovative, scientifically proven treatment methods - in particular psychotherapeutic approaches supported by the use of psychedelics and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS). This access is promoted through a) financial support for patients without sufficient financial means, b) promoting knowledge in the professional world, and c) strengthening the awareness and acceptance of these methods in society. The association can take all legally permissible measures that serve to fulfill its purpose, including: a) financing therapies in whole or in part for patients for whom conventional treatment options have been exhausted without achieving sufficient relief, and who do not have the necessary financial means. b) Conducting educational, awareness-raising, and public relations work (e.g., creating multimedia content, organizing events and discussions); c) initiating, promoting, and supporting research and pilot projects; d) developing, conducting, and supporting training and continuing education programs for professionals; e) entering into cooperation with national and international institutions, professionals, and partner organizations; f) carrying out activities and projects for fundraising (e.g., charity events, donation campaigns, building and maintaining a donor network); g) engaging in political work, particularly by participating in health policy discussions, issuing statements, and engaging in dialogue with authorities and decision-makers. To fulfill its purpose, the association can also offer fee-based services such as courses, events, or services, provided that the proceeds are exclusively used for the association's purposes. The association consistently ensures that any support is provided in full compliance with existing laws. Only legally approved treatment methods are supported. Therapies are only supported if they are conducted in accordance with legal regulations, particularly by obtaining the required medical and official approvals.
