The company may: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; participate in any company having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests. It may acquire, operate or dispose of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
