The company's purpose is: all installation work related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, solar energy and sanitary facilities; the management, maintenance and transformation of buildings as well as the repair and maintenance of technical installations in the building sector; all real estate transactions, excluding those prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may: in general, carry out all activities and transactions, commercial and financial, movable and immovable, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to promote it, as well as take participations in all commercial companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; establish branches and create subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
