The purpose of the company is to operate a mobile garage for maintenance, repair and service work on passenger cars (PW) and trucks (LKW) directly on site. Furthermore, the purpose includes running a classic vehicle repair workshop including bodywork, sheet metal work and painting, tire service for PW and LKW, performing vehicle cleaning on site, renting out vehicles as well as providing all kinds of transport services. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other domestic and foreign enterprises, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, and enter into any transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related thereto. It may acquire, manage, encumber and dispose of real estate, intellectual property rights and licenses of all kinds.
