The association aims to harness the support of stakeholders and capital from the public and private sectors to develop innovative, integrative and transparent instruments that promote positive action through technologies. The association intends to integrate public funding into the development of technology solutions with a strengthened focus on social inclusion, ESG or ecological sustainability and transparency using DLT systems. The association is politically and denominationally neutral, generates public value through open-source IP, does not pursue commercial purposes and is not intended to be a profit-oriented organization. To fulfill its purpose, the association may participate in other organizations and companies, accept or award contracts and mandates from or to third parties, in particular for activities subject to regulatory requirements. It may also carry out any other activities that directly or indirectly serve the purpose of the association.
