The company's purpose is to provide all services and advice in the medical and paramedical fields, in particular the operation of a psychiatry, psychotherapy, physical care, occupational therapy, cognitive remediation and hypnotherapy practice, as well as all activities directly related thereto. To this end, the company may, directly or indirectly, carry out all commercial and financial transactions in Switzerland and abroad, and participate, directly or indirectly, in all enterprises related to its corporate purpose in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if this serves its interests.
