The association aims to operate a mobile palliative care service and promote collaboration among relevant service providers in the field of palliative care in the Seeland - Biel region. In doing so, it assumes a task that would otherwise be the responsibility of the community. The association may establish branches, participate in other domestic enterprises, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or dispose of real estate, securities, patents, and other intellectual property rights, and enter into any transactions or contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the association or are directly or indirectly related thereto. The association fulfills its purpose of carrying out the public task without any self-help objective. Any profits generated are to be used exclusively to ensure the long-term sustainability of the association's purpose.
