Furthermore, the company can import, export and distribute products, particularly in the field of veterinary medicine, such as medicines, feed and care products as well as medical accessories, and also in the field of horse sports. In addition, the company can offer consulting and training services in the field of animal health and horse sports. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries, both domestically and abroad, participate in other companies, take on representations, and engage in any business activity and conclude contracts of any kind that can promote the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. The company can acquire, hold, manage, encumber and sell real estate both domestically and abroad, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). In pursuing its corporate purpose, the company can consider the interests of the shareholders. In particular, the company can grant loans and other direct or indirect financings to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, within the framework of cash pooling agreements (including zero balancing), and provide securities of any kind for the liabilities of these parties, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind. This can also be done without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the company's profit-seeking nature and/or by incurring clustering risks.
